Declare war against ISIS in response to crimes against humanity and the killing of American James Foley. We cannot allow terrorists to threaten America so openly. If we do not act now we may face attacks on the homeland by ISIS or other associated terror cells. For the sake of American freedom and safety, we must take action to stop ISIS before they gain more power. Already they are far beyond just terrorists. They are an army that threatens the modern world and America directly and must be treated as such.
