Make an official declaration of war on the Islamic terrorist group known as ISIS.

The Islamic terrorist group known as ISIS is on a spree of murder and destruction throughout the Middle East with no end in sight. The beheadings of two innocent men were just the beginning and unless we as Americans take the role of leadership, they will continue to violate the human rights and take the lives of innocent people and religious minorities in the region. Then, they will surely set their sights toward American soil as new grounds to spread unjustified violence and destruction. Let us not be idle and wait for that. I ask that the Obama Administration urge Congress to pass a declaration of war against ISIS and that he sign it. We're not asking for American troops to be put on the ground but a declaration of war will show ISIS and the world that we will never back down from evil.
