As a requirement exists for Naturalized citizens to have the ability to speak, read and write our official language of English. So such requirements should be adhered to for our voting process and its supporting literature. For to be an American, regardless of origin, one must make an attempt to assimilate into our American society. In learning to speak, read, and write the english language shows a certain level of commitment to being an American.
