The Second Amendment is an important part of our lives. In many places, it is not legal to have an open carry, or it is hard to do so. By allowing open carry, many crisis such as the Sandy Hook Shootings could have been averted if a trained citizen had the ability to carry a gun. The Obama Administration has long since been advocates against mass shootings and rightfully so, but have gone about it the wrong way. By taking away guns from the people who will use them for legal purposes, such as self defense, is only endangering them and the general public. This is one of our rights that are fundamental in doing what the Obama Administration has been working for, for the past 8 years: stopping mass shootings. I guarantee that you will achieve that goal if you allow for universal open carry.
