Attacks like the ones in Paris can happen at almost anytime around the country. The question is when will it happen and how prepared will we as a country be. Yes, this country has great Law Enforcement/Military but most gun-owners do not have the right to carry a gun unless they're going to the shooting range nearby. What I'm looking for is the government to start introducing Open-Carry in states that do not have it. Attacks like the the one in California and all over the USA can be prevented by arming citizens that have gun licenses already and are willing to Open-Carry their weapon. Open-Carry laws nationally would make the attackers feel more threatened by the USA because citizens would react much quicker to attacks. Citizens cannot forgot about our great 2nd Ammendment.
