Make organ donating an "opt out" program.

This is a Petition that could literally save your life or the life of a loved one. Families around the world and here at home wait, sometimes for years, for a life saving donation that too often never come. But it's not something at the front of out minds when we're grieving our loved ones. So the opportunity often goes wasted. So let's not miss the chance to save lives while still giving people the right to say no. Let's make it an "opt out" as opposed to actively opting in.
