With over 100,000 people currently on a waiting list for an organ transplant, a compulsory system in which individuals must opt out of the system would provide a vast improvement in the care of our citizens.
Every 10 minutes another person is added to a waiting list. With strict regulations about harvesting organs, already in place, a compulsory system would allow doctors to do what they do best in saving and improving the lives of the living.
