This petition is to fix the calendar by changing it's current form to a more logical format. These suggestions will change several quirks in the calendar that don't make sense from an objective standpoint. The following is a list of all proposed changes:
1. Give February 30 days by removing a 31st day from two other months. This will leave 5 months that require 31 days.
2. Move all 31 day months to the front of the calendar. This would make January through May all have 31 days, and the rest of the year would have 30 days in each month.
3. On leap years, the extra day will be applied to December, giving it 31 days, and making the holiday one day longer.
Once these changes are instituted, there will be no more counting knuckles, or remembering which months have how many days.
