Make our food more valuable then other countries oil

I believe oil nations that consist of oil and sand should not be able to exploit our free trade by amassing huge fortunes off of our need for oil while our farmers who supply a much more neccessary commodity struggle to survive if the government was to regulate prices of exported foods to these nations we could enforce cheaper prices of oil or ensure starvation of such oil countries
