Our Government needs to hold Lower Courts accountable for Wrongful, Malicious Prosecution and Action(s) against Citizen(s) who are INNOCENT whom are being treated Worse than an Animal by using LOOP HOLES. Changing Common Law(s) also know as Law of the Land/Lower Court Cases to what the Lower Courts see fit within the system by hiding under the Colors of that State which effects our whole country as a nation to be used against other citizen(s) in other lower courts/ in county district court"s.
Our Government needs to do away with the Common Law(s)/Law of the Land/Lower Court Law(s) pertaining to Three Misdemeanors becomes a Felony. Misdemeanors are non violent crimes where it is served in it's entirety at that time and not to be brought back at any time..
