Make our rights as citizens clear (in regards to law enforcement) to the youth of the country.

We as a country have seen many acts of violence and disregard for the rights of our citizens carried out by law enforcement. I believe that this is due in part to a lack of education in both schools and law enforcement academy's. I also believe that to combat this we as a country need to teach our youth the laws and rights that protect them from law enforcement (who may in fact need proper teaching themselves) and its ability to go over the theoretical line at times. There are to many instances where law enforcement officials have over-stepped their bounds, and this is almost assuredly combated by citizens knowing their rights. We need to step up and do what we as citizens can do to help ourselves and others remain in a peaceful law abiding (on both sides of the law) state...
