Place restrictions on an inexperienced female driver's ability to rent large trucks for the purpose of towing vehicles. These massive vehicles, along with the added weight of a vehicle in tow, are too much for someone to handle that has little or no experience driving vehicles of this nature.
Please enact some regulations to require additional training or certifications for these types of rentals. Professional drivers are required a CDL, motorcyclists are required an endorsement, and even military members are required additional training to drive these vehicles. Why is the average citizen able to circumvent these laws?
