With the rampant issue of panhandling across the nation, and how many panhandlers can become violent when asked to vacate areas, either because of local ordinances or because of them affecting business, I move to make panhandling an offense that should be punished by no less then three(3) years imprisonment, along with a fine of no less then five thousand dollars($5,000).
In addition to this prison sentence and fine, which I also move to have it requires to be paid in full before release from prison, I also feel that those who are imprisoned for panhandling are iniligible for jobs in the prison.
