Parental alienation is a common tactic used by spouse against another spouse using the children in the middle. 9 times out of 10 it is the custodial parent who is committing this act of abuse. Parental Alienation is when one parent talks bad about the other parent,makes the child feel guilty because he loves the other parent and wants to visit with them or the parent takes things away from the child that the parent has bought.This should be a crime as it is one parent taking the other parent out of the child or children's lives.Children need both of their parents in their lives and they need the love from both parents. One parent should not have the right to take away the other parent away from the child or children. This should be a crime of child abuse it is just as harmful if not worse.
