This petition is very important to any parent being alienated from their children. Family law reform is a must 7 years I've been alienated from my daughter and finally I've found her and filed paperwork for court but the lousy every other weekend I will most likely get is not enough. There should be some form of punishment to the alienator for emotionally abusing the child and other parent.
