Make parents take responsibility for their lack of parenting instead of having the US Government doing the parenting.

Too many parents whose kids have done something violent to others because of what they say is in the video games/movies that lead to lawsuits against the entertainment company and, therefore, having the US Government step in to regulate game/movie/tv show ratings to do their job for them. It is not the game, movie or show that made them commit a violent crime it is the fact that the parents didn't sit down to talk to their children about what they should do and shouldn't do concerning what they see on tv. I am Petitioning President Barack Obama to make parents take responsibility for their kids violent acts if the kid is under eighteen. Deciding what a kid watches and what games they play should always be up to the parent and will always be the parents job. Parents are their kids judge.
