The captive breeding now also needs to come to a halt, females and babies have died, animals who spend their whole lives with their mothers are messed up mentally due to being separated much too young. Inbreeding is rampant, sperm is shipped around the world and it needs to stop. You agencies APHIS, OSHA and the USDA are powerless or fail to act and intervention is needed now.
