Make passing a drug screens similar to a pre-employment screen mandatory for all federal entitlement programs.

In order to get and keep a good job it is required to be able to pass a drug screen. Why should my taxes pay for hundreds of thousands of people on welfare, food stamps, disability and numerous other social entitlement programs without requiring a drug screen for controlled substances. If you have enough money for drugs you shouldn't be able to get social assistance from the federal budget that is funded by people working and paying taxes. Oh and did mention a drug screen is required to get the job that pays the salary that the federal govt taxes to fund the entitlement programs.
