There should be a drug test requirement for welfare. The drug test should be administrated randomly, as in not letting the person know about the test ahead of time. It is the right of the people to have welfare, as stated in the preamble in the United States'Constitution "..promote general welfare.." However, people are starting to misuse this right. We should not try to live off the government. There are jobs out there. They might not be the best or pay the most, but a job is a job! It is time for the government to stop babying its citizens! Better yet, it is time for fellow Americans to stop mooching off other Americans! It is not fair for hard working Americans to pay their taxes and it go to the people that just do not WANT to work!
