As of now obtaining a Passport in the US is a costly and time consuming affair. I am asking that this process be reformed to make it more affordable and take less time to obtain a Passport now that it is required to travel anywhere outside of the United States including Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
The current cost of a Passport added to the already Skyrocketing cost of travel in this country make a simple trip to a Destination such as Niagara Falls make the trip unaffordable to a family in this country.
The government needs to evaluate the current costs and needs to streamline this process to make this more affordable as it is now mandatory by the Government
