Make falsifying paternity punishable by law and make it retroactive. It should be retroactive because the paternity paper's state "do not sign if you are not the biological father". They do it anyway even when they know that they are not the biological father. Allowing this to happen brings up a lot of complications and problems for the child and their family. I understand that there has been a lot of this going on and it needs to stop.
