Voter registration would be accomplished by a field on your annual tax return and the IRS would compile and manage a database of all eligible voters.
When you go to vote, you will be found in the database and your identity would be verified via a voter registration card mailed out after the reciept and processing of your valid tax return.
This would virtually eradicate voter fraud, and ensure a bright future for American democracy.
