Recently my nieghbors wife was killed by a drunk driver and he only recieved 2 and half year jail sentence. It wasnt his first DUI and he had just gotten his liscence back from being suspended. Another one was a guy who I used to know in 1999 killed a 2 year old after running a stop sign. In 2011 as a school bus driver one morning he ran 7 stop sign and as he was heading to the school he turned in front of another car killing the passenger. His jail sentence was 2-4 years. These people should be spending no less then 10-15 years and it should be concidered murder if you take someones life weither it be with a gun or automobile killing someone is murder.
