Make people pay their Child support even if they're on SSI, SSD, if they're working or unemployed.

Created by C.Y. on October 06, 2011

Too many parents refuse to pay their child support (court ordered or not) resulting in high child poverty. The single parents whom have to raise these children have to be put through programs like food share, medicaid, housing assistance, welfare, etc. Parents need to be responsible for their own children and if they refuse that responsibility that should be put in jail every 30 days for unpaid child support. Even if somebody is on SSI or SSD, a fraction of their checks should be garnished and sent to the parent in which the child resides with.
