This petition would help get a law passed that would require people to ware their pants above there butt. If a man shows hair below the belly button it is considered indecent exposure. I think warring your pants down below your butt is indecent, We don't want our kids seeing this, nor do I want to see this. This is referred to as sagging.
Sagging is a manner of wearing trousers (slacks, shorts, pants or jeans) below the waist, revealing much of the underwear. Sagging is predominantly a male fashion.
We the people want this stopped. There is no reason for this disrespectful act.
