Make people on welfare required to get schooling and or training to become tax paying citizens instead of takers.

Get people on welfare training or schooling in order to obtain a decent paying job there by allowing them to pay taxes instead of not paying taxes and recieving government benifits. This needs to be implimented along with welfare benifits.Make it part of the benifits package if the person doesnt comply then cut them off. When they recieve welfare benifits and are able bodied the need to be productive.
