Harrisburg has remained the capital of Pennsylvania since 1812. Before then, it was Philadelphia. Philadelphia remains a historical city where most congressmen reside, also needing stricter attention to poverty and the creation of jobs due to the poor economic condition. This petition has been created to change capitals of Pennsylvania.
