Please end the medical malpractice tort law. This law is only allowing DR.'s to become lazy in the operating room, and not be held responsible for their "Medical Mistakes." This is why they have malpractice insurance. There is no need to allow them to hide behind this ridiculous law, and continue to harm person, after person. Stop putting low caps on compensation, for patiants that have had their quality of life lowered, as the result of a DR.s negligence.
