Make picking your nose while stopped at a traffic light a federal crime punishable by imprisonment.

It is so disgusting to watch people sitting at a traffic light picking their nose. They think that they are alone because no one is in the vehicle with them. They think that no one is watching them commit their despicable act. Watching such torture in public is a violation of human rights. It sets a bad example for children. We need to outlaw nose picking at traffic lights. Please help make it a federal crime punishable by no less then 1 year in prison and no more then 2 years in prison with no time off for good behavior. Also, violators should be fined no less then $1,000.00 but no more then $10,000.00.
