Make the police have Limited Ammunition in their magazines if the State that they are in has a magazine capacity law.

The 2nd Amendment clearly states that "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed" so the police officers shouldn't be exempted from the law because they are citizens in THAT state. If the law bans firearms altogether, than the police officers mustn't break the law, thus they will not have any firearms either.
