Back in the day when police officers wore formal uniforms instead of flashy tactical vests like military was a time where police brutality rates were low. I and others close to me have noticed that ever since officers began wearing flashy uniforms that police brutality has gone on a all time high. The reason... Because I believe that they feel powerful over civilians. They feel they can step on us and order us around. Serve and Protect? More like Obey my commands.
