All too often police abuse their power over the people they are sworn and employed to protect and unfortunately, the "Blue Code of Silence" which is an unspoken bond among police officers to not report on a fellow officers wrong doings gives police free reign to do as they please to suspects or anyone for that matter. The only form of unbiased proof of what transpires during any police involvement is video. We have all seen countless police brutality videos online thanks to bystanders bothered enough by the event to videotape it and it is time that police take a more formal approach on this issue. By officers wearing cameras at all times on duty, it makes the police's job a lot easier by having that admissible evidence to bring to court and also guarantees citizens rights aren't violated.
