For far too long we have gone without a proper word to describe the color Potato.This should end immediately. People are immediately discouraged when the color brown is uttered, but this must change. Potato, being a subset of the brown family, is tarnished by the reputation of brown. It is a life-giving color which should be known and loved by all, and this can only be achieved if we liberate it from the oppression of the name brown.
