We the people of these United States believe that Pound Puppies to be a civil liberty, and taxation against them to be considered unconstitutional. We plea to the Obama Administration, please put forward national legislation that requires states to no longer tax our Pound Puppies, and stop stripping your citizens of their basic human rights.
