Make the practice of Fractional Reserve Lending unlawful, and allow banks to lend only that money they physically own or have on deposit. This will prevent the creation of any future "debt based toxic assets" from ruining our economy again.
Create a United States Crypto-Coin, controlled by the United States Government (Like Bit-coin), and order the acceptance of that US Cypto-Coin by IRS as payment for personal and corporate taxes. This will give the US Government control over its own money supply and creation once again. Moreover, as the Cypto-Coins shall be introduced along side our current cash supply, there will be a gradual phasing out of the Federal Reserve Notes. This in turn shall slowly lesson, and then extinguish forever the Fed. Res. Bank control over the US money supply.
