Mixed Martial Arts is the fastest growing sports. Internationally and ranks only behind soccer in terms of fan base. Yet it still lacks mainstream acceptance. MMA is the purest showing of how hard work and sheer will power can shape a man (or women's) fortunes. If the president is going to be taking photo ops describing his NCAA picks, with the Stanley cup winners, or watching an NFL game he should at least take a look at the truest sport in existence. A sport that has thousands of rags to riches stories. A sport that is the most diverse in the country. If the president can do so much to support other sports he can at least give MMA a try for the sake of the athletes that work hard to make a living for their families and pull themselves out of poverty with minimal mainstream acceptance.
