Voting in the United States and an unfair process. People miss thier chance to vote because they have to work or have other responsiblies. Trying to vote around busy schedules creates long lines and most people don't have the time to excerise their vote and voice. The strongest, most advanced, most free Democracy in the world should be able to treat its citizens with respect and allow them one full day to allow their voice to be heard. Allow with holiday pay for workers that day/week.
