Prison inmate reform needs to happen, there is way to much money being spent every year to house criminals. These are some steps that should be enacted country wide.
Inmates should sleep in tents, there should be zero tobacco permitted, no drinks other than water, and weight equipment should be removed, the only television that should be permitted is the local news, "chain gangs" for both male and females to do free work on county and city projects to promote development and job creation.
These steps will promote rehabilitation while at the same time giving back to the local community.
