Crony capitalism has run rampant for far too long in this country. Corporations and private sector business have manipulated our government into passing unconstitutional laws and regulations through the use of "lobbying." (bribery)
Bribery constitutes a crime and is defined by Black's Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty.
How this is allowed and considered legal at the highest levels of our government is beyond comprehension.
Through loopholes and backdoor deals, these culprits continue to get unjust, unfair, and unconstitutional laws passed.
