Make the process of getting fully automatic weapons the same as getting any other weapon.

We the People are granted the right to bear arms in the second amendment, putting any control on that is an utter infringement of our most fundamental rights. We must realize that a weapon is a tool.

Saying firearms kill people is like saying a spoon made you fat, or a pencil made you misspell a word.
