If a known carsinogenic product which has no known therapudic and or otherwise physiological, pshchological, or other benefit andwhich Does inatvertantly cause various cancers and various cardiovascular problems including an in addition toheart failure, The additional taxes imposed on bothe state and federal in addition to other grocery items should be put upon the producer, (first of all), promoter, distributer, and retailer of such goods rather than th consumer whom at all instances be thew victims of such previously stated responcible parties. With high hopes this type of regulation will discourage ventures which are detrimental to the american people
