Make proper policy against terrorism and implement immediately instead of debate so we can control terrorism in world

After lots of debate on terrorism in no of year but still we can't take proper action on terrorism. They are doing everything but we are just debate on issue for few days and all are forgetting about how we can tack action and control on it. Please I request to you do something bcoz who are die in these attacks they all are normal people they don't about world and they Never bother about politics and what is going on in world they just want to live peacefully life so please please do something for them
