Make prosecutors and law enforcement agents individually accountable for wrongful imprisonment.

It is very sad that people can be imprisoned for crimes they never committed.
Based on the recent exoneration of Jonathan Fleming after 25years of wrongful imprisonment (even when he was more than 1,000 miles away from the scene when the said crime occurred), also due to many others that are presently imprisoned wrongfully, and those that will continue to be wrongfully imprisoned due to prosecutors withholding vital evidence that could exonerate them from false accusations and questionable convictions, we request that very severe and lasting consequences be established for prosecutors and law enforcement agents that deliberately withhold/cover up information and cause innocent individuals to be sent to prison for crimes that they are completely not culpable for.
