Countries where prostitution is legal have a lower rate of rape. When someone feels like engaging in sexual activities they are able to pay for it legally and be on their way. With the legalization of prostitution this could be the case too in America.
Additionally with the legalization of prostitution prostitutes can be protected by the law and not have to find employment on the street.
Everyone has a right to sexual self-determinate.
