make the protesting of a funeral illegal to be held within eye sight and hearing distance of the mourners at the funeral

i am asking that making protesting at a funeral illegal because it steps on the rights that all humans should have the right to a peaceful burial this is the one right that needs to be upheld also the people who are mourning for the lost of there loved ones have the right to do it in peace and not to be harassed by others for what ever reason
