The entire text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade pact must be made freely available to the public on the internet in the United States for a minimum of 60 days before any representative of the United States is permitted to agree to its terms on behalf to the United States. The Congress must be allowed to debate and amend the pact before any such agreement takes place, even if it takes more than 60 days.
