Make public gardens for communities and/or neighborhoods in larger and small cities.

In many cities, small community school groups have made small community gardens. We the people propose that the government helps out these groups but on a bigger scale. Making these gardens will help expose the children of America to new ideas and skills. it will also help children with skills such as; caring for things, gardening, and hard work.
