Make a public reading of the Constitution & The Bill of Rights mandatory prior to the swearing of the Oath of Office.

This petition will help educate voters on what is actually in the documents that our leaders are swearing an oath to, and just as importantly what is not contained in them. Reading these documents out loud will show the gravity of the oath being taken, and remind us of the nature of the country's founding documents.
