Make Public Schooling a choice after grade eight

I as a high school student there are kids who wish not to be at school disrupting classes and making work for the teachers harder than needed, I believe removing students who don't want to go to school and wont do the work will raise the amount of learning that students who do want to be there can do, I also believe this would lead to higher test scores across the United States
