Make Public Schools better by improving policies regarding teachers, behavior, and the grading system.

We need to be able to compete with other countries such as Finland and South Korea on Education. To do this we need to create a higher standard for teachers and scrap for the most part the LIFO policy. Create better ways to deal with behavior problems in schools and make grading systems harder leaving more room for improvement, such as many other European countries. This will create a higher performance in schools and improve the broken education system we have today. We need to fix our education system.
